Textifer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in Bangalore jurisdiction.
